Just as Trevor Parkes settles back into his life as CEO, the former US Marshal is once again called upon to save innocents from the grips of a shrewd lunatic, known only as The Man. His targets: the 4-year old children of the yuppie parents in the City of Bellaire, Texas. The Man preyed on the parents’ fierce desire for bragging rights, luring them into his trap by offering a place at his new, highly selective Montessori day care; only 25 of the most intelligent and genetically superior children are accepted. When the children suddenly disappear without a trace, even Trevor fears they may not find them in time. Then things get much, much worse as Trevor realizes just how far The Man is willing to go.
